The programme

  • The programme starts with Health Screening.
     We test for height, weight, BMI, body fat %, blood glucose, total blood cholesterol, blood pressure and carry out a lifestyle assessment.
  • We then follow up with a Lifestyle Consultation.
    Staff have the opportunity to meet  a health coach and discuss their current health issues, goals and aspirations and motivation.
  • Create everyday changes with personalised support.
    Our online health coaching supports people in making important lifestyle changes using a unique combination of health tracking and personal support. Whether it's running a first 5K, losing weight, improving sleep, having more energy or managing a health condition we can help

The programme engages individuals initially to review their current wellbeing and then supports them remotely to make health improvements.

We use the latest health tracking coaching technology to connect each individual confidentially to a coach through the Well 1-2-1 app. The app synchronises with devices and apps such as Fitbit, Apple Health and Strava.
